StoreWatch QA

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Service

StoreWatch QA provides best-effort monitoring of one configured Shopify storefront buying path. It checks the homepage, product page, add-to-cart behavior, an optional discount code, and checkout handoff.

Monitoring does not guarantee uptime, revenue, sales, checkout availability, or detection of every issue. A passing result means only that the configured path worked during that check.

Safe checkout boundary

StoreWatch QA stops at checkout handoff. It does not enter customer, shipping, or payment information, does not attempt order completion, and does not place orders.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for providing a valid, purchasable public product URL from the installed store, a valid optional discount code, an alert recipient, and any optional storefront access information they choose to save. Merchants must use StoreWatch only for stores they are authorized to manage and must not use the service to probe unrelated or unauthorized systems.

Pricing and cancellation

StoreWatch Basic is $9/month after a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions, trials, charges, and cancellation are managed through Shopify App Pricing and Shopify admin. Merchants can cancel through the available Shopify subscription controls or uninstall the app; they should confirm the resulting subscription status in Shopify admin.

Availability and limitations

Results may be delayed, inconclusive, or unavailable because of storefront changes, product availability, rate limits, Shopify or other third-party services, network conditions, or maintenance. Review the observed result and retry before concluding that a storefront path is unavailable.
